In order to make The World Watch an inviting place for all, a few rules must be followed in the comments and replies.

Understand that comments that are; Funny, Sarcastic, Informative, Difference of Opinion, Additional Thoughts or Ideas about the Video are acceptable and encouraged.

Rules henceforth will be enforced by Editing, Deleting, or Correcting any comment that contains the following;




Temporary informative insert.
As TWW grows to be more enjoyable by all, there will be changes coming that will limit untruthful comments posted.
Any comment that has unsubstantiated accusation will be deleted. Examples are: Biden was in diapers, Trump is a pedophile, Obama was not a U.S.A. citizen, Harris was drunk when interviewed about the border....etc.
If you wish to spew vile, unsubstantiated accusations against anyone in comments, please do elsewhere. Those comments
do nothing to enhance TWW to be a fun place to visit.

If trolling and making discourse behind the veil of anonymously posting hateful comments is your sole reason to be here.
It is not welcome.

We wish all who visit TWW to be that of one to have fun.

Sarcasm, respectful banter, "light" trolling to generate discussion, and anything posted that gives a reason to think what another may have is something to ponder, is welcome to a whole hearted degree.

Posting a comment on one's religious beliefs is wholly welcome.
Posting a slanderous reply to that post, is not.

1) Vile Slander. Name calling that is inappropriate.

Calling someone "A Dummy", An Idiot, A Dunce, Etc is OK.

Calling someone "A Fucking piece of shit", "An Asshole ", "A Cocksucker", "A Pedophile", "A Fucking Idiot", 'A Dumbshit(D-ass,
D-fuck, etc" and the like, will not be tolerated.

Member's comments will be either Edited or Deleted at Staff's discretion. ALL EDITING BY STAFF IS NOT DEBATEABLE.

2) Absolutely NO reference to; Child Porn, any Sexual Reference, or Violence, involving someone under 18.

Any mention of a minor, other than in a News type reference, will not be tolerated.

Any member who expresses a desire for any type of sex or sexual preference of a minor will be banned and a possibility of their local authorities alerted.

3) Purposely inciting an argument by Flaming another member.

If you disagree with someone's opinion, please show civility in your comment or reply.
No comments that slander or disrespect another member's family member allowed.

Statements such as, "You should have your head bashed in just so we all can see your brains splattered", or
"Your mother/dad/son/daughter is my main source of ..... (anything sexual or subservient)", is not acceptable

4) No harassing another member in any way.

Calling someone a "Dummy", or any other name, and then asking other members to do the same will be dealt with by Staff.

Purposely commenting the same comment about another member, or multiple members, over and over in different video's comments, will be considered harassing.

5) No form of Spam, or Advertising will be allowed anywhere on TWW.

Members who try to advertise any product or service other than by specific conversation(s) in the Forums Section, will have their ad or comment deleted and the member banned.

Members who post the same comment multiple times in the Video comments, is considered a form of Spam as it does not relate the content of the video and all those posts will be deleted.

6) No Trolling.

Posting the same comment over and over, no matter the content, good or bad, will be deleted and the member warned with possible consequences.

7) No Pornography Videos or Pictures including Avatars/Profiles Pics. No dick pics.
No Reference to Bestiality.
No reference to Scat or Urine activities outside of Medical References.

8) All user, member, ID names, and E-mail Addresses must not include a forbidden word or forbidden reference.

9) All comments must be in English or with an English translation.
TWW will not put its reputation, or its legal use of the internet, in jeopardy because of this, so the following is mandated.
Members who comment or post in something other than English with a translation will be checked as warranted.
Any member who purposely mis-translate in order to hide a comment that is prohibited will be immediately banned and
all comment and content posted will be deleted.

10) No links allowed in the comments.
Members may post the video name and the site, but not the URL/full web address.

Also, Please Do Not try to get-around any "forbidden word" by misspelling it. Continuously doing so will result in your comment(s) being completely deleted instead of edited.

You're 110% right we are in the process of gutting that stuff... We've completely eliminated other than a few videos in the "Babes" section. Any suggestions you have we are open to them.

A question regarding promoting and throttling uploaded videos:

What or who determines which uploaded video content gets featured on the main page? Some of my videos seem to have been promoted and garnered more views and likes as a result. However my latest upload was not even placed on the "New Videos"/"Latest Updates" page. In fact, it seems as if it's been memory holed. Was this due to an overall shitty upload, taboo subject material, or a rule violation that I have overlooked?
Any information or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

If a video is blatently in violation, it is deleted.

But, usually what hapopens with a video not uploading, it is due to video corruption.

If you are trying to upload a video using the imbed procedure, it is an 80% chance it will work.

A copy and paste of the url is a 50/50 chance.

That is due to copyright.

If you notice, TikTok videos will get through while FB will not.

Chinese still run TikTok and they do not restrict anything copied that has been allowed on their main site.

If it is available there. They alliw it available anywhere.

Draw your own conclusions to that.

META /FB, is a totally different story.
If you copy to imbed, as long as your copy title/name of file, AND, there shows no restrictions, it may work.

Same with other sites.

I recccomend you seek those videos outside of the MSM type sites.

Thank you for replying and for the information. The videos I post are music video compilations which I put together and edit, not reposts or direct lifts from other sites.
Are videos promoted or throttled by moderators? Some of my videos have had their titles edited with "(Great User Compilation)" and seem to have been promoted. I'm not complaining because they seemed to have gotten likes and views which is a nice dopamine hit. The last couple of my video uploads did not get a (Great User Compilation) edit which made me start to wonder what goes on behind the scenes at The World Watch.

We no longer allow any video with sexual contact.

Though nudity in a news type report is ok.
Like the videos with the crazy people doing something when high or whatever.
Or videos such as the nude bike ride.

Just because we post Bible verses, does not mean we endorse what is posted, both in videos and comments.

We correct titles with obvious incorrect description.

On the (Great video compilation) addition, it is just some videos stand out a step above the most recent stuff.

Or one of the staff thought your video was just extra "cool"....

Threats of violence against another member is strictly prohibited and will be deleted.

Threats or celebration of violence that is the main part of a video, as long as TWW RULES are followed is allowed.
